This site is run by Kevin Walsh, a sole proprietor based in Canada, trading as Kevin Walsh Video. These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the agreement for the work itself.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and using the site does not create a contract for services. Production work is done only under a written service agreement signed by both sides, which sets out the scope, the deliverables, the fees, the turnaround, ownership of the finished work, and everything else that matters.
If anything on this site differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Rates and package descriptions published here are current at the date shown on the page and are provided for information. They can change, and a quote for specific work is what fixes the price for that work. Any figure here is superseded by the quote and the signed agreement.
Work shown as examples is published to demonstrate what the service produces. It remains the property of whoever owns it, and it is shown with permission or under the terms that apply to it. Nothing shown implies that those people endorse this service unless it says so.
The text, layout and images of this site belong to Kevin Walsh. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. Republishing it as your own is not permitted.
Reasonable care is taken to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but it is provided without warranties. It may be changed or taken down at any time. Any link to another website is a convenience and says nothing about that site's content.
